Onboarding

Just sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account. If you are the first user from your organization, you will automatically become the organization administrator. You can then manage your organization users, purchase Editor licenses, and assign them to your users.
Click on the top right avatar and then 'Organization Admin'.

You can start a 14-day free trial on the Organization Admin billing page, or start with the demo diagram, which has a 24-hour sharing link with edit permissions.

If you cannot sign in because consent of an admin is required, please contact your IT department and ask them to give you consent for the app.
You can send them the following direct link:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/organizations/adminconsent?client_id=a49086da-baeb-4d78-a51f-348dbce9d467

If you are the Organization Administrator, you can buy licenses on the Organization Admin page. Click on the top right avatar and then 'Organization Admin'.
Is this your first time purchasing licenses?

  • YES: In the 'Billing' section, select 'Purchase my first licenses'.
  • NO: In the 'Billing' section, select 'Go to billing portal' to buy more or cancel existing licenses.

NOTE: If another Organization Admin has already purchased licenses, use the same email address to sign in and you will be able to manage the licenses. If you need to update the billing administrator, please contact support@diagramhub.app

If you have questions or need support, or if you are interested in a demo account, feel free to contact us here.

Sharing and Collaboration

Yes! DiagramHub supports real-time collaboration. If you want to collaborate with a DiagramHub user, assign them to the corresponding collection. If you want to collaborate on a diagram with an external user, create a Share EDIT link and send it to them.

Click "Share" and then select the "Embed" tab. You can copy the direct image link or the markdown code and paste it wherever you want. This is not a one-time export, but a live link. If you update the diagram, the changes will be visible in the Confluence page or Azure DevOps Wiki as well.
